Working with our team of very talented professionals at Chaplin Farrant, Bidwells, Rossi Long and Richard Utting Associates, a detailed planning application has been approved subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions by North Norfolk District Council for 44 dwelling including 8 affordable and shared ownership properties.
